We offer many sizes of units to fit your needs best. We do not ask for deposits, nor do we sign you up on a long term contract. Our billing process is Month-to-Month and we pro-rate the month on Move-Ins. Take a look below to see our various unit sizes:

All dimensions are in feet. Unit ceilings are 10' high.
We also offer Climate Controlled units to keep your sensitive items such as furniture, records, electronics, and more safe from the summer heat and winter cold.
Billing
Our billing process is as simple as it gets. When you first rent a unit we do not ask you for a deposit and we do not make you pay a couple months in advance. All you pay is a prorated amount of rent for the remainder of the month and a one-time $10.00 administrative fee that includes the cylinder lock for your unit. We accept multiple forms of payment including:
- Cash or Money Order
- A Personal Check
- Visa, Discover, Master Card, & American Express
We will bill you on the 1st of every month and we give you a 5 day grace period before late charges will incur. We have the option for automatic billing to save to time and have your monthly payment automatically detucted from your checking, or credit account. You will also have to option of having a statement sent to you in the mail to remind you about your payment at no extra charge. The best part about Month-to-Month billing is that you have the freedom to move out whenever you want without any penalties.

Here at Thornton Self Storage the safety of your belongings and yourself is our personal commitment. We have many on-site security features such as:

We can assure you that your belongings are safe with us and even if something did happen, we have various insurance plans to protect your assets.

To help protect your assets even further we offer a few different insurance plans through the Bob Bader Company to fit your individual, or business needs.
- $2000 Coverage - Only $8 Per Month
- $3000 Coverage - Only $12 Per Month
- $5000 Coverage - Only $20 Per Month
